Consent agreement

1. Service consent​

I consent to the nail services requested and understand they will be performed using professional techniques, high‑quality products, and strict hygiene standards.

2. Parental consent ​

I must provide written or verbal consent and remain available during the appointment of my children.

3. Discount eligibility ​

I must present a valid student ID at the time of my appointment to receive the discount which applies to myself only.

4. Health disclosure ​​​

I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent injuries that may affect my treatment.

5. Risks & Reactions

I acknowledge that minor risks such as lifting, irritation, or sensitivity may occur, and I accept that the salon is not responsible for issues resulting from undisclosed conditions.

6. Aftercare responsibility

I agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided to maintain the longevity and condition of my nails.

7. Photography Permission

I give permission for photos of my nails to be taken for portfolio or social media use, unless I choose to decline.

8. Respectful conduct ​

I will maitain a respectful behaviour throughout my visist, I understand that abusive behaviour may result in the refuse of treatment.

9. Liability Agreement

I understand that the salon is not liable for damage caused by misuse, external impact, or failure to follow aftercare guidance.

10. Agreement Confirmation

By proceeding with my appoinment, I confirm that I'm in a healthy state of mind to read, understood, and agree to this consent agreement.
